Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Cambridge. Amber/gold with a large white head. Intense pine and spruce aroma with a touch of insecticide. Bitter taste, it isn’t a ’bitter bomb’ but it certainly wakes the senses. Medium to long dry finish. Full resinous and astringent flavour with tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Its good but not excellent, considering how much I like this brewery I expected a bit more.

Hazy dark orange with little white head. Aroma is melon, some grass, very fine stuff. Taste is a bomb of bitterness and resin, a little citrussy sourness. Not exactly subtle. Hence the low drinkabilty, resin like mouthfeel as well, actually a little more fine bubbled than resin. Good but the aroma predicted something else than the typical resin bomb.

Kirkas, punertavanruskea olut vaahtoaa runsaasti. Pilvimäinen kumpuileva vaahto on reilusti pitsiä jättävää sorttia. Tuoksu melko kevyt, makean karamellinen ja havuinen. Maussa greippiä, havuisuutta ja karemallista makeutta. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma ja aika tasapainoinen kokonaisuus, jossa ei ole humalointia ole ainakaan vedetty överiksi.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, hint of honey, sweet fruits, mango and pineapple. Light sweet malty flavour, bitter hops, grapefruit. Fruity finish, bitter hops, resin. Nice!!

ABC Dutch Summer Tasting. Sampled from bottle. Clear amber with white head. Big on sweet malts, oily, grilled onions. Light sweet, medium bitter, light funky sour bend. Medium body, low carbonation, bit weird.
