In this special DIPA we’ve used Neomexicanus hops Sabro and Talus which are bred from New Mexican wild hops. These distinctive hops impart creamy coconut and citrus rind flavours along with stone fruit from the addition of mosaic incognito and cryo.

Аромат сразу очень нетипичен для данного стиля. Как будто даже слегка химозен, есть нотки от грейпфрута и кожи от нее, есть медовые нотки и немного специй типа гвоздики. Вкус тоже с сильной цитрусовой составляющей, прямо цедра с легкой горчинкой, хотя снова намеки на химозу. Есть травянистые нотки и специи. В целом неплохо и уникально.

28/8/2022. Can at the Wroclaw GP beer share. From Nisse666, cheers. Pours hazy golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is dank, hoppy, orange, tropical, floral, pineapple, pine, coconut, waxy edge. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Tipple, 26/04/22. Murky orange with thin an off white covering that settles to spotting and edgework. Nose is juicy citric flesh, light dextrose, hop spice, pine resin, grass, grapefruit, melon, stoned fruit esters. Taste comprises bitter orange, papaya, stoned fruits, mango pulp, sweet malts, lychee, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA.

On tap at beerheadz Lincoln. Hazy to cloudy orange colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet pine and tropical fruity. Creamy body.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, mango, pineapple, coconut, tropical fruit taste/aroma. A delicious sabro led DIPA. Overtone do this so well.
