Bottle thanks to beastiefan. Pours a cloudy yellow with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, lemon zest, ginger. Thin mouthfeel with a nice citrus, ginger, spruce and nice sweet finish, good.

22oz bottle shared by beastie @RBWG-JAX-thin white-hazy yellow. A-ginger, lemon. T-sweet lt malt, quickly overtaken by ginger, lemon/basil, spice hops. Interesting.

Bottle at RBWG. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, white fia head. Big herbal hop nose, pepper. Lots of prominent, herbal hops, spruce and pine. Medum bodied with fine carbonation.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a fairly clear yellow appearance wi a frothy white head. The basil is very potent in the aroma and the ginger isn’t far behind. There’s also some citrusy and spicy notes to the nose. A bit chewy, cracker malty, huge basil spicy, a bit salty, tangy, light citrusy, moderate ginger flavor. This baby is way over the top for me to drink on its own. Maybe it would be better paired with food.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very lemony with lots of herbs showing up. Flavor is again a little lemon juice with some big basil and ginger notes. None of the flavors really over powers but I think that’s ok b’c if they were more pronounced it would take away anything else the beer was trying to offer. Deffinatly unique. Like taking a drink of a fresh herb garden.
