On tap at brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral hop and pine. Thin mouth with sweet pine and light resin.

Can thanks to a trade! Pours a clear gold with an orange hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of toast and earthy grain with a grassy hop profile. Flavor has same toast and musty grain note with some earthy pine but mainly grass hops.

12 oz. from a trade, drank immediately after the Peoples’ Pale Ale. Different style yet, vast improvement. Nose is pine and deep grapefruit pith. In the flavor the resin hits my palate first with grapefruit rind, floral leafy hops with a large amount of caramel malts. Light herbal notes. Well balanced with a clean finish. I really wish I knew how old the can is. Brewers spend a lot of time crafting beer, why can’t they stamp the bottom of the can? For the product in front of me it’s pretty decent, hard to know the freshness.

This was such a good IPA, great really. Bone dry bready malts, rich piney and grapefruit rind hop aroma and flavors. Semi dry with a resiny bitter finish. Copper color, foamy head.

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2013. Pours clear gold with a light, white cream head. Lots of grapefruit and mango in the nose. Medium sweet flavor, some toasty pale malts, juicy orange and grapefruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Smooth finish, nice balance. Very good.

Can @ home via trade with markwise. Thanks Mark! Pours a clear burnt orange appearance with a foamy, off white head. Sweet caramel, malty, toasty, grapefruit citrusy, a bit piney aroma. Fairly sweet, a bit goopy, caramel, grapefruit citrusy, slightly floral flavor. Ok.

Tried on tap at the Florida Brew Fest 2011 addition. It pours hazy copper fully opaque with thin gold edges and nice tan head. The haziness must be hinting at the degree of hoppiness and that makes me happy. The aroma is resiny and thick with grapefruit, orange rind, tangelo and pine. These are at near robust aromatic levels for the style. They did serve it a bit cold so those that experienced it quickly missed some of the goodness delivered once it warmed a bit. The taste offers up firm to robust grapefruit, orange and tangelo citrus hop flavor and then running up to solid bitter hop notes to midway and leaving the flavor hop notes behind. This beer has medium body and is sessionably goooood.
