Sampled from the tap at the Santa Fé location. Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread notes with some earthy grains and a bit of earthiness underlying. Flavor has lots of bread and grains up front supported by a earthiness and a bit of biscuit.

Tap @ Marble Santa Fe. Pours a clear, amber orange appearance with an off white head. Toasty caramel, herbal, light floral aroma. Somewhat spicy, a bit piney, tasty caramel malty flavor. A bit chewy. Nice amber ale.

Slightly hazy copper. Fairly caramelly-earthy amber. Boring, bog standard example of the style. Not bad, but couldn’t hold my interest long enough to evaluate it more closely. That’s not good.

Brilliantly clear deep amber body with a tall off-white head. Light malt aroma, very little hop aroma, but there is some there; just enough to mention. Lightly sweet, almost with an aftertaste of ginger ale. No hop flavor. average body. Drinkable, good lawn mowing beer.
