Winterfest 2013. Tap. Dry with yeast and lightly bitter hops. There is an earthy character, and a dry finish. It seems like the brett could use more time to make this more wild.

Tap @ Darkness Day 2012. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Mild brett, white wine, a bit grapefruity, straw aroma. Kind of bready yeasty, moderately bretty, lemon/grapefruity, a bit tangy flavor. Not my favorite but it was pretty easy to drink.
