Α classic Belgian beer, extremely fruitful, complicated and refreshing. A beer which you can very pleasantly accompany with seafood or enjoy it "solo", one warm, sunshiny day.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20200305) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, black pepper and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, grass, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, dry and bitter. A brew with pleasant aroma but the taste was too harsh.

Golden with a white head - Tart citrus aroma - Malt body with a tart herbal citrus flavour that has some bitterness - The herbal flavour goes into the finish with a dry bitterness - This was nice

24 September 2019. At Mourelo, Rethymno (Crete). Best before: 15/6/19. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours hazy ochre with a big, lasting, foamy, white head. Aroma of cheese, yeast, yellow apple, unripe banana, pear, pepper, flowers, soap, clove. Taste is light fruity sweet, restrained apple & pear over slick banana ester, pretty bitter core of spices, pepper & clove, wheaty sourness underneath that is somewhat soapy too, with touches of bread & yeast. Dry, peppery hoppy finish, lots of spices again, yeast, sourish fruit. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. The nose is not overly sophisticated, the end result is classic (Belgian?) Saison. Okay.
