On tap @ Bull and Bush. Pours a murky brown appearance with a tan head. Incredibly spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, chewy toasted bready aroma. High boost, rye, caramel, toffee, vanilla, cinnamon flavor. Kind of boozy but good.

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a murky amber color with a medium white head. A big nose of oak, port, caramel, some newspaper. The flavor is similar: dusty, oak, bourbon, sweet fruity port, caramel and toffee. Nice.

Cloudy dark amber with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, vanilla and woody. Flavor of caramel, candy, sweet and woody
A nice Barley wine.

10th October 2008. GABF. Cloudy brown beer. Crisp palate. Slightly tart and a little bitter. Nice rye bite. Very very drinkable.
