Sample at the taproom. Clear dark brown color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Malt, coffee and hops in the nose. Light to medium body with a roasty character and notes of coffee, malt and earthy hops. The finish is roasted nuts and coffee. Decent overall.

Tap at Renegade - dark reddish brown - fairly thick and sticky lace - nose of hazelnut, cream, coffee bean, vanilla, sweetbread - creamy texture, fairly full-bodied - sweet hazelnut and vanilla cream flavors, along with strong coffee bean - the sweetness, acidity, and roast of the beans are presented in equal measure and add a nice depth to the beer - this is solid.

Tap @ Renegade Publik House. Pours a fairly clear reddish brown appearance with an off white head. Nice mildly roasted coffee, vanilla milk, somewhat earthy aroma. Somewhat earthy bitter hoppy, herbal coffee, nutty flavor. Kind of a çhïll beer.
