On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and nuts. Medium body, bitter hop bite, earthy, toasted malt, light finish, odd mix of flavors but good.

Tap @ Trve. Pours a murky orangish brown appearance with a thin cream colored head. Spicy, piney hoppy, a bit toasted bready aroma. Kind of thin. Chewy biscuity, spicy rye, caramel, bitter puberty flavor. Pass.

Clear copper pour - sticky lace - aroma of lighty earth malts, light smoke, leafy qualities, light mineral - light bodied, but carbonation is somewhat full - medium dry, earthy flavor - some bready malt and a fair amount of peat smoked malt, which would account for the overall earthy character of the beer - finish is dry and lightly buttery - interesting beer.

10 oz draft pour at the Brewery in Denver, Colorado. The pour is dark brown, black with a 1/2 tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate nutty malt sweetness, along with resin and dank hops. Fresh and clean, interesting combination of aromas. The taste is a combination of the dark bitter chocolate of the nose, along with some roast that wasn’t evident in the nose, and then the bitter resin hops. As with the nose, the flavor is fresh and clean. The palate is light to medium bodied, natural carbonation and the resin hop carries the dry finish, along with some mineral. I liked this one., unique.
