Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with very large frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, yeast, wheat. Thin mouth, tart, yeast, wood, citrus, brett, light dryness, good.

Tap @ The Mayor of Old Town. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Tangy lemon, vanilla, a bit funky, a bit juicy, wheat aroma. Flavor is lightly tart, a bit herbal, lemon, citrusy, and fairly dry. Not one of my favorites from these guys but not bad.

Bottle sampled at RBSG. From notes. Lemon citrus and bready yeast. Very light and enjoyable.

Falling Rock Taphouse, Denver tap: Pours light yellow with a white head. Aroma is slightly funked up, wheat, and lactoness. Not sour in the taste, but a tad lactic. Not really grassy like a saison. Yeasty and a bit funky. Light and easy to drink. Not really my favourite, but a good beer with a uniqueness factor.

Tap at the brewery - not exactly a traditional version - apparently brewed with lacto and a witbier yeast - turbid gold - nose is wheaty, densely yeasty, only lightly acidic - mouthfeel is nice - soft and frothy carbonation - moderstely berliner in character - mild lactic tartness, soft, tangy wheat flavors - a bit of lemon - light savory notes - dusty, basement yeast character - finish is bready, with lingering tartness - simple, nontraditional, but not too bad.
