This blond ale has been brewed with honey, mustard seed and angelic. The softness of the honey complement well the mustard. The low bitterness gives place to the angelic to flavour this beer

Pours clear blonde, ok white head that fades rather fast. Smell is complex , malty, mild aromatic. taste is sharp, seems more bitter than it actually is;. the mustard comes to show very mildly, in a very sharp way. some mild maltyness, very hidden honey notes. easy drinker, like most other Beerstorming’s.
