Can at Yespr’s - dark amber pour with off white head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma and taste, marmalade, herbal hoppy notes, some caramel, toffee sweetness, overall not bad.

Can. Pours a clear deep reddish amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a large bread note with a bit of toffee and backing and a touch of biscuit. Flavor is more balanced with toffee, bread and nuttiness as well as just as hint of a grass note.

12oz can pours a nice amber with copper edges and weak sort of light tan head. The mild aroma offers up earthy hops, spicy hops and a light amount of dark roasted malts. The taste begins moderately sweet with malts and a sweet nuttiness and then it moves toward a light amount of dark roasted malts as well as vague snippets of hop bitterness. This is hitting the spot right now. It is pretty full flavored for the style.

Dark ruby with a thick off-white head, settling to a substantial, soapy lace - nose is medium dry maltiness, cocoa, toasted grains, light toffee, a bit of breadiness - body is farily creamy - low carbonation - flavor is dry, medium bitter, with light acidity - some toasty grains, a light tartness, moderate earthy qualities - very light toffee sweetness before a finish of long lingering toasted bread and leafy hops - pretty solid, really.

Can @ home. Clear, dark reddish brown appearance with a light brown head and good lacing. Toasty, a touch burnt, caramel malty, somewhat nutty, cherrry fruity aroma. Hazelnutty, a touch woody, quite earthy, a bit herbal, caramel malty, light toffee, a bit husky flavor. Not bad.
