Draft at the pub. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a fairly big, foamy, white head. The nose is orange, coriander, wheat bread, grains of paradise, and light floral notes. Sweet and yeasty, with a touch of tartness. Light body, fluffy, and clean. Solid, simple, and clean.

Bottle @ home. Bottle named Bristol Wit. Same abv as this release, so it appears it is a re-release. Cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. A bit spicy, somewhat citrusy, wheat malty aroma. Quite easy drinking, sweet wheat malty, a little peppery spicy, somewhat orange citrusy, light coriander, delicious flavor. Really a nice, easy drinking witbier. Tasted next to Funkwerks White 2012 and Epic Wit and this was the best.

Tap at the brewery - I quite liked this one - a nice, crisp tartness - medium dry, with a lemony tang - quite a bit of soft herbal character and some wildflower/lavender notes - suitably light, with a relatively clean finish (just lingering wheat) - refreshing and tasty.

Hazy, insipid yellow appearance. The aroma is somewhat faint, with light hints of wheat and spice. Full, flavourful palate, though, rich with coriander. There are lean, but prominent pale malts backing up the spicecapade, and a hint of acidity in the finish to throw you for a loop and bring everything together at the same time. Cool.
