500ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours golden topped with a small white head. Nose is belg candy sugar some peppercorns and a odd spice. Tatse is more of the nice sweet belg candy notes and pepper.

500mL bottle, pours a very cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma of peppercorns, pepper, brett yeast, some spice and herbal notes - no sweetness at all. Flavour brings out the pink peppercorns, but, as per the description, they are not spicy, but rather herbal. Not a whole lot of the brett yeast, nor is there any sweetness - it sort of transitions into a dry, bready Orval-like Belgian ale. Dry, herbal palate overall. Decent, but I'm not a huge fan of the herbal notes from the peppercorns. Recognizably high quality but not overly enjoyable tome.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of nightrider. Thanks! JetsonFest II. Clear, a bit bright orange appearance with a pretty thin white head. Fairly grapefruit forward, somewhat spicy peppery, citrusy, a bit musty aroma. Fairly big barnyard, dusty, straw, spicy peppercorn, a bit funky citrusy flavor with a bit spicy, floral finish. Not as good as some of the others from Alpine Beer, but not bad.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with deep gold body trying to hide copper hues and support a white head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up an interesting mix of malt sweetened floral hops and pepper. The taste bursts with some coriander and clove and assertive black pepper floating along a stream of pears and tangelo like hop flavor. Around the edges of this stream are notes of floral hops too. Interesting mix that works pretty well.
