The rice fields reflected the blue sky. With a smile he remembered yesterday. A night he would never forget. New friends, made with a cold glass of sparkling beer. The feeling he had come home. Finally.
“His trip inspired me to create a new beer, with an alcohol content of 6.5%. Due to the addition of rice to the brewing process , this creation is reminiscent of the best Asian lagers. Discover the taste of free spirits. Join the Legacy.”

sampled at Bierpassie 2017. Pours rather clear yellowblonde, good and stable white head. Smell is lageryeasty, simple pale malts. Taste is rather grainy, touch creamy metallicness. Some oats ( is that in here as well, even ? ) OK drinkability, MF and carbo. I would have liked more complexity and depth, as well as an interesting touch, somehow. this is just an American style additive lager. Pretty much what craft rebels against, and craft was the whole idea they wanted to push forward with these series ? its bad enough a big Brewery tries to play that game, but creating this beer under the name craft, just seems like an anal rape to the scene.
