Clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark brown malt, nuts and some raisins. Taste of raisins, dark malt, nuts, some coffee.

@ Wieze Beerfestival 2017. Pours rather clear amberbrown, caramelly. Smell is bit sweet. Earthy. Taste is fairly complex. Brown Sugar. OK

Bottle. Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, dried fruits. Flavour is sugar, caramel, roasted malt, dried fruits, alcohol, hop. Medium to full body. OK beer.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, caramelized malt, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, nutty, chocolate, dark dried fruit, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Pours clear reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, alcohol and fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A reddish brown beer, clear, and topped by a dense, finger-thick beige head. Dried fruits, some caramel and maltyness in the aroma. A little touch of alcohol. Bitterness, some alcohol, dried fruits and caramel in the flavor. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Lasting finish with some bitterness. A decent one, but nothing impressive. 120622

33 cL bottle at ZBF2011. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, slight breadish and light caramelish. Roasted , slight breadish and lingering dark malty. Bitter and dark malty finish.
