Can. Purchased at Colchester market, which I've never seen before, despite literally dozens of trips to the town over 17 years! Dunno! A mild haze on this slightly pale yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, quite airy and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, a passable thin creamy sweetness. The hops are also a little thin, but that said, Sabro is loud and clear with mildly ripe pineapple into light coconut. Modern Galaxy backs up well with a light touch of smorgasbord citrus and tropical fruits. Finishes light and semi dry. Everything that is needed to deliver a corking beer is basically here. However, it just feels like quantities of everything are slightly on the stingy side. But, really this is still good stuff, just frustratingly close to greatness.

16/12/2022. Draught at Briarbank, Ipswich. Pours cloudy/murky dark mustard gold with a small frothy off-white head. Super sabro aroma with coconut, citrus, orange, peach and tropical fruits. Fairly sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, very soft carbonation. Two of my favourite hops but to good use here.

Keg at the brewery. Aroma has soft stone fruit. Hazy mango gold. Thin creamy white head. Medium bitter. Sour edge. Quinine and citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation... just a light prickle. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Boring NEIPA. Lacks juice or hops. Watered down.
