Together with our Viking friends from Gothenburg we bundled our knowledge about brewing expressive, hazy, fruity beers. The result is SIV: a full bodied IPA dryhopped with Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Citrussy hop aroma with orange, tropical notes, some pineapple and mango, light pale malt. Moderate bitter with a light sweetness. Medium body. Simply a fine IPA, bright fruity aroma. Good.

Can shared. Super hazy orange golden. Sweet oats, orange, mango, dank hops. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Creamy medium body. Quite nice!

0.44 l can from 'Bierloods22', canned in January 2022. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly dank aroma of mango, honey, orange and light papaya. Gently sweet, quite fruity, moderately juicy taste of orange, mango and papaya, followed by a short, hardly bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant NEIPA, very thick, not as fruity as it could be though.
