Der ukrainische Pestdoktor ist ein Black IPA, das schon fast in RIchtung Porter. Es ist fast schwarz und hat wenig feinporigen Schaum. Geschmacklich mischen sich schokoladige mit intensiven Hopfenaromen die es recht interessant machen. Auch wenn es nicht ganz perfekt ist, hat es mir doch gut geschmeckt

2/7/2022. Can shared at fonefan tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, hops, chocolate, ash, tropical notes, candlewax. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Very nice.

Tap at De Molen, Bodegraven. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light dank hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, dank grassy, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Long live Ukraine!

Can @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 020722

Pretty roasty toasty, bitter, plenty of bitter hops, but not as much on the aroma front. Not bad, but could be more piney or fruity.
