Cheaper then usual 750 from their AVL bar. Baby Duvel glass @home. Bubbly, clear, pale, straw gold. Sour apple cider vinegar nose. Maybe some melon. Sour apple/pear upfront, sweet lemon, vinegar, lingering pith. Too much vinegar. Okay in spurts, with greasy food of course. Not a lot of funk, or apple character, just sharp & just like half their other brews. Okay carbonation, maybe a bit strong. Sulfites are manageable. This just isn't fun. Half their ciders are vinegar bombs & all sorts of ugly, half are okay.
