Bottle from Vine Wine in Williamburg-ish. I don't really remember, it's just what the label says. Stemless wine glass @home. Clear, faint sediment, dark, mead gold. Smell is almost savory, like cooked apples. Perceived strong acidity & tartness. Little bit of oxidation, old varnish & veg. Taste is buttery & sharp upfront, an interesting combination. Acidic, almost grape-y, lemon juice, white punch, super faint hay funk, ghost of vinegar. Some dessert apple notions, though there probably aren't any. Pithy, plum, really dried out finish. Intentionally still, moderately thin, juicy, perfect abv. Really liked this.
