Pint @Diss-whatever downtown. Mostly clear, mostly gold. Smells like stalled mead. Stagnant, kombucha mother sort of smell. Tastes dirty. Homebrew, super earthy, ugly phenols, medicinal. Good acidity though, lime, obvious dessert apples. Thin, juicy. Dropped or coarsely filtered? First attempt-ish. At least let it age out next time. Maybe it's better in the can? Is that a dumb question? Of course I'll try the next one.
