Bottle from South Hill Online. Lo-ball @home. Clear, classic gold. Tart, malic, a little steel, creamy yeast. Lingering apple sharpness. Prior batches have been super acidic & bone dry. Commercialization. Basic & boring doesn't get you much anymore. WTF? Basic, thin, well carbonated, innocent abv. Just okay.
