Farty, yeasty nose dissolves & makes way for a bitterly indifferent brew! Taste is a tart, sweet, bright, slightly bitter, subliminally crunchy apples, malic acid, lemon, champagne yeast leftovers, sulfites, & a lingering sugary-ness that reminds me of Splenda; lettuce. Hard carbonation, slight ugliness from the alcohol. Okay hydration if it's fast & cold.
