Their standard lineup is always disgorged & super pretty. Bitter-tart apples, pear/rose florals/dryer sheet. Minimal nose or maybe it's just too cold. Edit: Marzipan came out once warm-ish. Very tart initially. Sour & bitter/astringent fruit seeds. Chalk. Booze. Cedar descriptor is very on point. Lingering acidity. Cleansing, burning carbonation. Really dry. Slightly numbing. Champagne alternative. Okay to good.
