Bottle. It pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma has light grapefruit and melon with a little lemon and flowers . The flavor has melon with a little oaky vanilla and good lemony tartness. Lots of hay-like funk. A little like a Berliner with strong lactic character, but a more substantial body and some flowers, melon and oaky vanilla funk. Very tasty.

Bottle shared in London during Jack’s going away drinks. Thanks to Scopester for this one. Pours cloudy gold with a white cream head. The nose holds lots of jammy apricot and lemon. Light sweet flavor with moderate acidity, some sweat, pale wood, more apricot, light apple sauce. Light in body with fine carbonation. Finishes with further apricot character, some apple, assertive acidic bite. Not bad.

Bottle split at Jack The Sipper leaves for the FBI again tasting, big thanks to Paulo, 14/07/15. Hazed golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, brett, tea leaves, herbal notes. Taste comprises tarte citric rinds, brett pangs, vanilla, oaky wood must, on the turn melon, rhubarb, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent sour, good balance.
