Clear 750ml bottle from Whole paycheck. Low-ball @home. Pale, rose gold, slightly hazed. Mild, wild ferment, Sidra-ish. Sharp mulch, vinegar, sour grapes. Crispy, faded spices, sour mix, nicely bitter & lingering apples, grape skins, gum. Vinegar is more on the nose then taste. Lots of their ciders have been super acetic lately, in a bad way. Very carbonated, tart, bright, thin, somewhat yeasty, drinks easy, not boozy. Not bad. Drink fresh.
