Following on from Ten Dollar Shake and Comfortable Silence; I Love You Honey Bunny is a smoothie with a plot twist. We had some assistance from Brooklyn’s Other Half this time out, and instead of fruit additions, included some 200kg of pure blossom honey! We’ve also stepped up to 50% oats in the grist, making the body even thicker and smoother than its predecessors. Launching at Leeds International Beer Fest and Beavertown Extravaganza, available in bottles the following week!

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 09/09/17. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is straw, citric pith, melon, tangerine, light grains. Taste comprises mild honey notes, pine, cantaloupe melon, orange pith, flash of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bite. Decent enough IPA ... the honey is pretty minimal and restrained ... a good thing!
