Bottle from their cider club. Pint glass @home. Tall head, clear & vibrant gold that's somewhat standard. Perfumey lime leaf & bitter sharp apples. Pith, honey, chalk. Taste is thin, apple pumpkin spice. Like low-sugar pumpkin pie, or maybe just bitter nutmeg, flour & apple cores. Lingering mineral-y, boozy finish. Super Aspirin bitter & harsh. Slightly smoother with a vanilla note at room temp. Super thin, bone dry, high acid but only moderately tart/sour. Missing a note & that all important drinkability. Meh to okay.
