375ml bottle from the maker/rep at a BK cider event a few years back. Cork says 12/18. Basement sleep, then fridge for 3 months before serving. Low-ball glass @ home. Clear, amber rum body. Smells of sharp cooked apples, honey, lime juice, macerated apple peel. Nothing bold or very perfumey. Taste is on the better side of American ice ciders. Honey, big acid(but not overwhelming), slight toastiness, not super sweet, minerals, satisfying bitterness creeping through, a touch of oxidation that's probably my fault, obviously complex. Slick, but not syrupy, bittersweet, mellow alcohol, apple skin tannins, easier to drink, less decadent, less desserty, still good for after dinner. Great.
