Bottle from cider club. Pint glass @home. Clear, dark & oily gold body. Lots of initial fizz. Always amazed by how dark their ciders are. Smells of wax, honeysuckle, browned apples, sweet corn. Taste sharp & tart cranberries, menthol, astringent tea-like greens, lime, & some macerated apple sweetness right before it drips dry. Sweetness wasn't necessary, but helps with drinkability. Always excellent mouthfeel. Dry, crisp, bubbly, a bit parching, with a hint of sweetness like some of their table ciders. Best bottle of their last set.
