On tap Young Joni. Pours a clear light yellow with no head but visible carbonation. Aroma is full of sweet apple with some earthy and dry notes supporting. Flavor combines earthy and sweet apple with a slight bitterness, a touch of acid and dryness in the finish.

Poured from bottle at shacksbury tasting, for some reason whenever my wife is away my cider intake goes way up. Fine cider looking pour. Nose is tart apple skin and light earthiness. Tastes of earth, apple skin, light champagne, touch of citrus. Fine bodied good stuff.

Pours a still golden color, Chardonnay-like. Crisp apple aroma and flavor. Not sweet, very dry. Very good cider.

A golden cider with oily look, very nice. In aroma, tart apples with light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, tart apples, with light Brett, light lactic notes, light chalky notes, nice and refreshing. Bottle at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.
