New 2019 batch from the cidery. 8.5% ABV. Mojito glass @home. A bit lighter & duller in color then their usual macerated apple visual. Still acceptably, brown. Faint berry, woody/fall leaves, watery whiskey nose. Taste is lime, sour strawberry, popsicle stick, stone, accidentally biting into apple seed astringency. Maybe a touch of cream at the end? Could just be texture. Not as horribly bitter & unruly as older batches. Fruitier, less astringent, not as potent/hot despite the ABV change. More accessible/drinkable & reminds me a little of what Albee Hill use to be. Good.
