Half bottle from Appalachian Vinter. NB goblet @ home. Opaque, pale, straw-gold body. Smells of melon rind, saline, earth, sharply sour grapes, orange rind, smushed apples. Sour cider vinegar, saline, yeast, sour grapes, extra lingering stomach acid, inconsistent bubbles, faint orange rind at the very end is the only positive. This is a new release. Did it turn that quick or is this intentional as is? Not good cider.
