Clear, filtered, dark gold & still. Smells of sharp apples, maceration, light vanilla & a very faint sourness. Sharp & very tannic. Lingering bitterness, gum, cherry pith, lemon. Really bold, tacky feel, boozy(no abv listed), bite-y, good sipper. Very good.
