Bottle from Cardiff Giant in BK. Rare Vos glass. Heady, active, slightly murky, mellow gold. Spells of fresh mud, dry parsley, dry apples, gum, yeast. Taste is a chalky, suedo-oaky, tannic spritzer. Long drawn out aspirin bitterness down the middle. Bright copper finish. Yeasty dry mouth. Not what I'm used to from South Hill. Pet Nat can be fun though.
