On Tap @ As Is for NYC Cider week. Maybe a one off? Stem pour. Cloudy orange, yeasty. Finally something that doesn't smell like simply... yeast. Cool kiwi & sweet apple thing going on. Taste is a shot of tart with minced in acid. Yeasty yes, but there's much more positively fermented wild stuff going on. Tingly, minerally. Apple cores & cheese-less funk. No acetone. Light carb. Juicy. Americanized Sidra. Great. Quaffable.
