Bottle from a local. Had this years ago in a smaller format, but can't find my rate. This is a '17 batch, 7.5% ABV, 110 cases. Ommegang anniversary glass. Mostly clear and settled. More watermelon then pink. Good amount of bubbly on the pour. Smells of field, hay, macerating grapes, small bit of code vinegar, acid & a strong finish of pleasant bubblegum. Taste is dry grape-ish, gum, lightly tart, good acidic apples, faint acetone, but that dry grape flavor is just really really good. Good carb, thinner & crisp, slightly dusty, seltzer finish. Way better then I remember. Refined.
