Clear bottle from the Angry Orchard table @ Brooklyn Cider House during NYC cider week 2018. Rare Vos glass. Pale gold body, spirited & not quite clear. Smell is heavy on residual yeast, gum, club soda & grassy veggies. Taste is bitter apple skins, chalky yeasts, cava-like grape suggestions, super faint vinegar. Solid carbonation, moderate to big acidity, low tartness, but still not my favorite texture. A touch boozy, growing creamy & succulent as it warms. Okay. Always appreciate the effort.
