Backlog from 2019. Hazy pale green yellow. Pineapple and apple aroma. The flavor is of fresh pineapple that’s lightly sweet with dry apple taste too. Light and refreshing.

Goblet at the modern main facility @ Kihei. No idea where the apples are actually from. Pale, opaque straw, still pour. Bitter, herbal, gummy scent. Taste is big on fresh pineapple & bitter apple. Clay, yeasties, carbonic, sizzling carbonation. Tannic finish. Very solid.
