On tap @ Owl Farm. Stemmmed wine glass. Lingering foam. Clear pale gold. Faintly bitter apples, clay & something like pine. Rounded, but strong acidity. Floral, lingering rindy bitterness, sweet finish. Mild tartness is a slight disappointment. Light, effective wood, honey, tight carbonation. Thin, but with a great laquer-ish quality. Light weight, evaporative quality that is hard to describe. Very good.
