Bottle from Bruisin' Ales in Asheville. Baby tulip pour at home. Clear, light blueberry/grape color. Smells of bourbon, light toffee, jam & age. Prickly carbonation & a surprisingly slight & thin body. Booze, vanishing early caramel, bitter & incredibly tannic apples, blackberries, pith. Strong apples. Lingering alcohol. Solidly pro cider.
