Bottle @ Cardiff Giant. Stemmed wine glass. Spritzy, agitated, beaded head; Leggy. Big acidic nose. Apricots, sour green table grapes, faint banana yeasties. Taste continues with more acid & a healthy dose of bittersharps. Bittergreens & a trailing edge of pith to the finish. Light Asprin, barely. Not very tannic at all. Sour. That wasn’t part of the plan... Tight, thin, edging to but not, metallic. Tasty, slightly rough spritz.
