Pale, clear, straw gold goblet pour @ Urban Orchard. Smell is soft cucumber/honeydew, very light butter & yeasties. Taste is strong on cucumber & bittersweet/acidic apples. Towards the finish it becomes more like watermelon rind, with yeasty esters playing well in the extra bubbly carbonation. Base cider is a bit too sweet too. A classic dry, fruity attempt could be deliciously refreshing. A gentler touch with the cucumber would have been amazing. It's just plain too. strong
