Can from Covenhoven in BK. Pint glass at home. Spritzy pour. Clear pale green/gold body. Didn’t catch the bit of sediment at the very end. Impressed with the color. Forrest-y, green, slightly minty herbage scent. Clay? Very herby & fresh flavor. Tart, but not vinegary. Bittersweet apples; juicy. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Backdrop is all zest. This is deliciously refreshing. A tame blend for Graft, but very tasty.
