On tap @ Covenhoven for NYC Cider Week. Clear, golden tulip of anticipatory nectar. Faint medicinal scent. Creamy apple nose. Taste is winey, acidic, faintly zesty & tannic. Watery, with a dusty dry finish, akin to ground spices. I couldn't pick out the tea in this one. Just okay.
