On tap at Bad Seed Brooklyn. Pils glass pour. Dark amber, tea-colored brew. Smell is a floral & lightly sweet, ginger mass that turns more tea-like as the glass warms. Taste is unique. Truly tastes of flowers & light black tea. Cider is a backdrop that gets little credit. Apple skins, ginger & more tea bitterness. Thin, light, snappy carbonation. Weak in apple flavor, but different. Enjoyed it
