On tap at Wassail on the LES. Generous wine glass pour. Pale, clear, carbonated. Pretty generic on the outside. Squeaky tart fruit nose. Probably will be bitter. Taste is bright, tart, bittersweet, snappy, juicy lingering apricots. Not crazy high in acid. Thin body. Dry on the finish, but no cottonmouth. A hair sweeter then the basic Farnum Hill lineup. Lovely.
