On tap at Cardiff Giant. Pint glass. Clear, pale, slight fizz. Chalky, faint melon esters. Soft booze. Tastes more of melon & tangy white sangria-like flavors. Green apple bite, finishes with a gummy residual. Light & tasty, effervescent. Solid.

Nose is richer dessert apples and champagne yeast. Tastes of green apples, golden delicious, pears, white grapes, coriander. Fuller bodied and fruity finish. medium sweet. Drank a big bottle of this stuff.
